General Conditions:		GENERAL CONDITIONS. The indicated fares include the allowance for the driver, the local taxes, the unlimited insurance of the passengers, the maintenance of the car and the gasoline. When hiring the car or when doing transfers, the fee will be calculated starting from the moment when the car leaves the garage until the moment it arrives back. The cars will be hired for a minimum of three hours, as indicated in the Belgian law. Per unit of 8 hours the client will be charged a meal for the driver at 18.75 €. The client will be charged for all extra costs such as toll, parking and overnight stays. Each complaint has to be directed within 8 days after the hiring of the car. Later on, complaints will not be taken into account for the invoice. Only the court of Nivelles (Belgium) is competent. The fees mentioned on this website are only approximate. A driver without a car can only be hired for a minimum term of 8 hours. VAT (6% or 21%) is not included in the indicated prices.
